DESCRIPTION

Are you looking for a meaningful volunteer opportunity in your community?

Join LEADS' Youth Leadership Development program serving Middlesex, Elgin, Perth, Oxford and Lambton Counties to see how our Youth Coaches can help you to reach your goals!

You can join as a Youth Leader or a Youth Mentee:
Youth Leaders are mentors who support and coach youth with disabilities. No previous experience required. LEADS creates an Individualized Learning Plan and provides skills development training and coaching supports at local non-profit agencies in your community. Volunteer placements can help develop life and work-related skills, add practical experience to your resume, and/or prepare you for a career in the social service sector.
