Retail Sales volunteer, morning and afternoon shifts, daily

  • WHERE
    Jordan, ON
  • WHEN
    Ongoing

DESCRIPTION

Volunteers provide excellent customer service to our customers, complete daily cash operations, and ensure the secure operation of the store (opening and closing duties). Student volunteers help us to run the fudge and preserve stations and deal directly with customers to promote our gourmet food products. We welcome students who seek out volunteer hours in order to fulfil Ontario Secondary School requirements and encourage them to take this opportunity to familiarize themselves not just with the store's operations but also with the Museum.

This is an excellent way for newcomers to the area to gain Canadian experience in sales and cash operations, become familiar with neighbours and visitors to the area alike, and contribute to our organization by serving on our committees and on our Board.
