Description of Duties: Greet the public. Answer and forward calls by utilizing the multiple switchboard. Complete other administrative duties as required.
Close to subway station, bus or streetcar stop.
Minimum hours per week
Assist with reception from 1 pm -2:00 pm and assist with office tasks from 2 pm-4:00 pm
Required Qualifications and Abilities:
Strong command of the English language both spoken and written.
Possess professional telephone manners, dependable, friendly and customer focused.
Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, volunteers and guests.
Require a minimum of three months commitment.
Highly organized and an ability to multi-task.
Comfortable on the computer especially with using Microsoft Outlook.
Comfortable with performing data entry tasks
