Assistant Snowboard Instructor for children and youths with disabilities

DESCRIPTION

To assist snowboard instructors to teach students with different disabilities.
Each assistants will work with an instructor and one student for the duration of the program.
*You do not require any certifications, as we provide our own training to all volunteers*

Training:
We provide you with the training you required to teach the students.
There are 3 levels of training available, with the option to train with our specialized equipment.

Skills and Experience:
To be able to ski/snowboard in control at all times.

Free parking available

Minimum age:
15

Minimum hours per week:
4 during the seven week program

Task requirements:
dexterity and agility
walking and standing
verbal communication
reading and writing
