Description

THE ROLE
• Seeking a team of four enthusiastic volunteers to join the Fund Development Committee for fund sourcing/development, fundraising and implementation of corresponding strategies and approaches to achieve planned/identified fundraising goals/targets
• Participation in regular committee meetings, plus undertake individual projects/assignments
• Personal cultivation and solicitation visits with prospective and existing donors
• By example and through open encouragement, assist in the enlistment and solicitation of volunteers for fundraising events, projects, and other related tasks

WHAT TO EXPECT?
Min. age to volunteer: 19
Police check required: Yes
Orientation and training provided
Volunteer roles and committee meetings take place outside normal business hours (evenings and some weekends) through to August 31
Remote work/online work from home temporarily during COVID-19
Commitment: 10 hours per month including two 1.5 hour meetings
