Volunteer Case Manager

Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients regarding various aspects of their lives
- Support client’s in improving aspects of their lives
- Provide referrals as needed for clients
- Write case management notes
- Engage in monthly meetings with the executive director and other case management team members to discuss current client’s needs
- Advocate on behalf of a client

Requirements:
- SSW or BSW education
- RSSW or RSW preferred
- Organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Report writing and case management knowledge
- Basic understanding of google docs and gmail
- Criminal Background check/Vulnerable sector
