Team Lead

We are looking for the following team lead volunteer positions.

Festival Programming: Develop, plan and organize festival programming featuring new and returning speakers/panelists/workshops from the worlds of food and film.
Fundraising: Develop approach to identify the most relevant funding opportunities and manage and write funding proposals
Partnerships/Sponsorship: Research and present sponsorship/partnership opportunities, establish relationships and manage in-kind donations and event partnerships
Copywriting: lead production of communications and programming copy
Accounting: Maintain records of financial transactions and manage financial data

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and manage a team of volunteers
• Deliberate planning and goal setting of measurable results.
• Meet with Co-founders and team leads on a bi-weekly basis.

REQUIREMENTS
• Highly collaborative style; experience in our field of interest.
• Excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills
• A strong track record as an implementer who thrives on managing a variety of key initiatives • Relationship builder with the flexibility and finesse.
• Maturity, and leadership with the ability to serve others and the community.
• Sincere commitment to work collaboratively with all stakeholder groups, founders, board members, team leads, volunteers, donors, program participants and other supporters.
• Self-starter, able to work independently
