Description

Looking for a fun and fulfilling way to serve your community?

For 50 years, the Canadian Liver Foundation (CLF) is dedicated to reducing the incidence and impact of all liver diseases. CLF is bringing liver research to life by raising funds to promote liver health, improve public awareness, fund research and provide support to millions of Canadians and their families affected by liver disease through:

  • investing in liver research
  • sharing the knowledge gained through liver research with the medical community and the public
  • delivering support programs through committed volunteers
  • advocating for liver health for all Canadians

? and this wouldn?t be possible without our volunteers. Be involved with the organization that has helped uncover breakthroughs like the discovery of the gene responsible for Wilson Disease or the new cure for hepatitis C, consider serving on a committee.  We always welcome new talent from our community.

CLF is recruiting volunteers to fill vacancies on a number committees for our events in 2019. Volunteers can make a difference in the community by providing their expertise, knowledge and professionalism.

Our coming event:

STROLL for LIVER June 2, 2019

LIVERight Gala November 15, 2019

And once you?re in as an event volunteer it?s easy to get hooked. For some people it?s the excitement of event day and meeting new people. For others, it?s developing new skills and being ?behind the scenes? at places like the CN Tower. But most of all our volunteers are passionate about making a difference in the fight against liver disease.
